      How will I receive my reports?

      Your reports will be delivered to you via Praava's mobile app and also by email at the suggested time mentioned on your invoice.

      I ordered Home Health Check online, how can I avail the service?

      Within 24h of your purchase, our contact center will contact you to confirm all necessary patient information (name, date of birth, gender, address, and time preference of sample collection). They will confirm your sample collection date and time. On the day of collection, our team will contact you 30 minutes before they reach your address and will confirm your appointment for your video consultation.

      Which doctors are available for my video consultation?

      Praava's family medicine doctors are available for video consultations.

      Can I select my home sample collection time?

      You can choose your preferred time slot between 9 am to 4 pm. If your preferred slot is not available, we can schedule you for the next available appointment slot.
